Lifestyle Fit Small Group training (Pilates Yoga Mindfulness) is a balanced and carefully designed training of 12 weeks consisting of:

  • Breath Training
  • Pilates
  • Vinyasa/Hatha Yoga
  • Mindfulness, meditation and relaxation.

This training gives you:

  • High degree of personal and focused attention.
  • Become mentally and physically fit and flexible in a short time span.
  • Training of core muscles (abdomen, deep back, pelvis) to counterbalance muscular complaints.
  • Better breathing skills to promote relaxation and good night sleep.

Mindfulness Training Amsterdam May 7 2017

Mindfulness training MBSR 8 weeks. Attention for the now.

Free introduction sessions: April Sunday 16, 23 en 30 from 15.00 – 16.00.

This training helps you to:

  • beter deal with stress.
  • experience more peace of mind and body: less worrying, fears, unrest.
  • improve the quality of your sleep.
  • experience more balance between doing (the action state) and being (the relaxation state).
  • be more present in the now.
